The mission of the PA Elks Home Service Project is to support and promote the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, by providing advocacy services in their home environment.
An individual of any age who has a developement disability is eligible to receive this service. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse and in the eligible persons home environment. Services are free of charge. The PA Elks Nurse can access needs and help access equipment, provide in-home medical case management, assist with finding activities and supports within the community.
